Once again, Vaz de Almeida Advogados was featured in the Análise Advocacia Women annual ranking, this time in the 2024 edition, with Amanda Pesciutti Duarte and Julhi Meire Almiron Bonespírito listed among the most admired lawyers in the country, according to the ranking based on the statistical panel of the Directory «Análise Advocacia ― The Most Admired Law Firms and Lawyers in Brazil by the Largest Companies,» whose data was collected between June and September 2023.
The survey included legal heads from the two thousand companies with the highest net revenues or net assets (if financial institutions) operating in Brazil, in the form of a spontaneous, unstimulated survey, where respondents were invited to mention the names of the lawyers they most admire. The conclusion of the project is a detailed map of the quality of legal services provided in Brazil and the most qualified lawyers to provide them.
The constant presence of our female lawyers in the annual ranking is the result of the passionate and relentless work of each of them and the balance between the leadership of their teams and personal attention to clients. Julhi Bonespírito is a partner in the «Prevention and Resolution of Conflicts,» «Labor Relations, Global Mobility, and People Management» areas. Amanda Duarte is a partner in the areas of «Corporate Law»; «Data Protection, Digital Law, and Cybersecurity»; and «Intellectual Property» ― each of these fronts with their own specialists.
Julhi, for the first time in the list of most admired lawyers, is highlighted in the ranking for her technical distinction in Civil Litigation and her work in the Automotive and Auto Parts sector. Amanda, for the third consecutive time in the list of most admired lawyers, is highlighted in the ranking for her technical distinction in Corporate Law and for her work in the Automotive and Auto Parts sector.

Julhi Bonespírito holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure and Administrative Law, with experience in firms in São Paulo and Curitiba. Her area handles cases from all other areas of the firm that request the defense of clients’ rights and interests through alternative dispute resolution methods or, when inevitable, through the Judicial System. Her experiences include competition disputes, contentious dissolution of partnerships, commercial litigation, corporate criminal law, and constitutional issues.
Amanda Duarte holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law, with a specialization in Digital Law. Her area deals with corporate planning for business groups, formation of consortia and joint ventures, establishment of companies, subsidiaries or not, outside of Brazil, development of corporate compliance policies, and a multidisciplinary Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) core.
